PURPLESCRAPS

 This was my first ever scrapping forum, and it happens to be run by Nikki, who is also my Best friend. It's a "no strings" forum, there is no shop attached, and there is no pressure of "loyalty" issues.

We have lots of challenges (mostly set and run by me) we have raks, blind scrapping, the occasional online class, cyber crops and of course lots of  laughs and a great friendship between us!
We have a get together (retreat) every 2 years.. and this year it just happens to be in my hands.. right here in Broken Hill!!

Here are a few links to some of our challenges - Totaly worth coming in and checking us out :)

12 month (yearly) Challenge. - Each month we scrap a "summary" page for that month. There is a rak up for grabs each month and a "major" prize at the end of the Year!


Weekly super Sketch challenges - A sketch is up every week (on Monday), usually from pagemaps. you earn a "point" for every sketch you complete, and this goes towards you yearly tally. The person witht he most points at the end of the year, wins themselves a gift voucher at the scrap store of your choice!
There are also chances to earn "bonus" points along the way with extra criteria.

The Monthly Challenge- March Puzzle Challenge.
pretty self explanitory.. Take the puzzle pieces & apply them to your layout :)

this is the feb 123 challenge

the challenge was, Cream, the word "about" and "upcycling"
i upcycled, masking tape, string, twine, buttons and paper doileys.

Purple Scraps Weekly Sketch Challenges

September 123 Challenge

Criteria was the word BLOOM, colour ORANGE and Handmade flowers.

And this is how you can make the flowers, all you need is some paper, a heart punch and some glue! TOO Easy!

when you get to step #3 you can add a flower shape ontop, it tends to help hug the bud in the centre better, but you don't HAve to :)

Return of the Missing Mojo...

Well i think i have found my missing Mojo!
I have created 15 pages (and a few cards) in the last 3 days.. and it feels great!

Can't all of the pics just yet (some are dt stuff), but i CAN share these pics of the layouts i did in october, in Tassie, while at the Purple Scraps retreat!
